WORK ABOUT BASIC PHYSICAL QUALITIES
Steps to follow:
Definition of each of the basic physical quality tested (Endurance, Strength, Flexibility and Speed).
Under each physical quality you must:
Describe the test used and define what it measured.
Next draw a graph (you can do a bar graph) of your results (initial, intermediate and final).
Next interpret your results ( a discussion, why were the results like this, give possible reasons).
Next give your own opinion of the test and physical quality.
At the very end attach your results sheet.
